Innovation is a vital element in our continuing capacity to offer our customers competitive products tailored to their needs. Our research and development sections have opened up new areas of application for us, often requiring specific features and specially designed products. The electronics, car, electrical goods and construction sectors all share a common requirement for quality. They are dealing with a range of very different constraints which we must resolve for them as effectively as possible. Innovation is also important to our production methods, as seen in our new coating line, equipped with the very latest technology, installed in Europe in 2005.

Quality of service is another of Novacel's major advantages. Our aim is to respond to our customers' needs as quickly as possible and to offer them the very best protection solutions for their products and production methods.

We have developed a worldwide network of service centers, still expanding today. Their proximity to our different markets and customers, sharing our expertise across the whole of our network, guarantees us an optimum and reliable quality of service on every continent, whilst still permitting a genuine "made-to-measure" element. Quality levels are continuously evaluated and improved through a strong training policy for our teams and investment in the most modern facilities in the industry."
